The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
当你的web程序出现上述错误后，很有可能是文件的权限设置的不对，linux下文件单个文件需要设置为755，当你设置的是777就会这样！
我把index.php权限设置成755，就可以正常访问了。
